摘要
对焊接热影响区的组织与性能进行预测,有助于焊接工艺参数的选择和优化。将相变动力学的理论应用到焊接热循环过程,选择和应用了适合于微机计算的管线钢焊接热影响区组织的解析公式,编制了相应的计算机程序,对两种管线钢材料的焊接热影响区组织进行了预测和验证。结果表明,预测值与实测值吻合良好。
This article forecasts structure & performance of welding heat affected zone,it will help to choose and optimize welding procedure parameters.To apply phase transformation kinetic theory into weld thermal circulation process;choose resolution formula for pipeline steel HAZ structure application to computer calculation,workout corresponding computer procedure,forecast and validate two kinds of pipeline steel HAZ structure.The results indicate forecast value well tally with actual measure value.
