大直径焊管形位误差检测系统中的数据处理及仿真

摘要 利用虚拟仪器LabVIEW为软件开发平台,结合已设计的大直径钢管形位误差检测设备,开发了基于LabVIEW的数学模型及数据处理程序。数学模型用于分析5个位移传感器的采集数据,数据处理程序采用时域误差分离技术,分离导轨误差,同时利用该程序可以实现数据存盘及数据曲线模拟。最后,模拟采样数据,利用建立的数据处理程序仿真分析模拟数据,通过仿真结果验证该检测设备的数据处理模型及程序准确性、可靠性。该测量系统数据处理及仿真的分析有助于钢管形位误差检测设备的设计与制造。 This paper introduced that adopting simulation Lab VIEW device as software development platform and combining with designed large diameter weld pipe shape position error measurement facility developed mathematical models and data processing which was based on Lab VIEW.The mathematical models were used to analyze the acquired data from five displacement sensors.The data processing program used time domain error aparting technology to separate guide way error,and using this program can realize data store and curve simulation.Finally,utilizing data processing program analyze simulation data,the results verified that data processing models and program were accurate and reliable.The measuring system data processing and simulation analysis facilitates design and produce of weld pipe shape position error measurement facility.
