摘要 在利比亚西部陆上石油管道安装施工过程中发现约有200km钢管存在剩磁,且剩磁感应强度较大,剩磁导致电弧偏吹,严重影响焊接操作和焊接质量。分析了现有消磁方法的不足,提出了利用磁场和磁阻的性质,采取在对接钢管接头空隙间插入金属楔板的措施,改善了电弧周围的磁场分布,从而有效地减小了剩磁对焊接电弧的影响。 This article introduced that it has been found there was about 200km pipeline existed residual magnetism during oil pipeline installation in west area in Libya.And residual magnetism induction intensity was great,which result in arc blow and severely effect welding operation and welding quality.It analyzed lack of present demagnetization method,put forward using magnetic field and magnetic characteristic and insert metal wedge in interspace of steel pipes connections welding to improve magnetic field distributing around welding arc.This method reduced residual magnetism effect on welding arc.
