摘要
综述了CaTiO_3基微波介质陶瓷的发展与研究现状,比较分析了CaTiO_3、Ca_(1-x)Ln_(2/3x)TiO_3、CaO-Li_2O- Ln_2O_3-TiO_2与Ca(B_(1/2)^(3+)B′_(1/2)^(5+))O_3微波介质陶瓷的重要微波介电性能,讨论了Bi_2 O_3、B_2O_3、ZnO等低熔点烧结助剂对CaTiO_3基微波介质陶瓷结构、介电性能的影响以及该系陶瓷制备的新工艺,指出了目前急需解决的问题与今后的发展方向。
In this paper the development and present research state of CaTiO3 based microwave dielectric ceramics are reviewed. The microwave dielectric properties of CaTiO3, Ca1-x Ln2/3x TiO3, CaO-Li2o-Ln2o3-TiO2 and Ca(B1/2^3+ B'1/2^5+ )O3 ceramics are compared and analyzed. The influences of doping sintering aids on the ceramic structures and microwave dielectric properties of CaTiO3 based ceramics are discussed. Some new preparation technologies and significant problems to be considered are mentioned.
