摘要 钛酸钡是研究最多应用最广泛的钙钛矿型铁电材料,钛酸钡陶瓷中的内应力受到人们的广泛关注。综述了导致钛酸钡陶瓷产生内应力的相关要素,指出钛酸钡陶瓷中的内应力会影响介电常数、居里温度以及介温特性,总结了钛酸钡陶瓷中内应力的研究历史、当前进展及规律与机理。 Barium titanate (BaTiO3) is the most widely studied and used perovskite ferroelectrics and the internal stress in BaTiO3 ceramics has been paid much attention. In this paper, the factors leading to the internal stress in barium titanate ceramics are reviewed. It is concluded that the internal stress influences the dielectric constant, Curie temperature and temperature dependence of the dielectric constant. The research history and progress, and regularity and mechanism of the internal stress in BaTiO3 ceramics are summarized.
