膜分离材料及其在中药研究中的应用

Membrane Separation Materials and Their Applications in Research of Chinese Traditional Medicine

膜分离技术作为一项新兴的分离技术,日益在中药研究中受到青睐。综述了几种常用的膜材料在中药研究中的应用;探讨了不同材质膜的不同特性,指明选择膜时应考虑截留分子量和材质两方面,特别是不同材质的抗污染能力及植物不同成分、不同部位等对分离效果都有一定的影响;指出应用膜分离处理中药药液时应注意预处理、考察工艺参数及膜清洗等技术要点。随着新型膜材料的研究和开发,膜分离技术在中药研究中将发挥更大的作用。

The membrane separation, as a new technique, is increasingly popular in the research of Chinese traditional medicine（CTM）. This review introduces the applications of several membrane materials in common use in this field, and discusses their different characteristics. The molecular weight cut-off and material should be taken into account before the membrane choosing, especially the antipollution capability of the membrane, the different components and parts of different plants. It points out the technical keys about pretreatment, technical parameters and its cleaning when using membrane separation to deal with the CTM. The membrane technique has more effects on the research of CTM along with the development of the new materials.
