摘要
介绍了铜包铝线的特点及其在高频信号传输中的集肤效应。重点研究了铜包铝线的制备工艺,以某线缆光电公司为例,研究了该企业包覆焊接法的结构装置、工艺及其创新。最后分析了硬态和软态铜包铝线在力学性能上的差别。
The characteristic of copper clad aluminum bimetal wire (for short CCA) are introduced,and the skin effect--the trait of (;CA used in transmitting high frequency signal is analyzed. The manufacture processes of CCA are researched emphatically. Taking example for a wire and cable optoelectronic corporation , the structure sets, technology and innovation of clad-process welding in the corporation are studied. Finally, the discrimination between hard and soft CCA in mechanical Performance is analyvzed
