摘要
采用内旋转圆柱法测量了不同组成的CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2-TiO_2渣系的黏度,采用XRD分析技术对高温熔炼渣的物相进行了分析,并计算了各渣样的黏流活化能。结果表明:当碱度不变时,随着CaF_2的增加,渣样的黏度逐渐降低。当CaF_2含量低于15%时,渣样黏度变化迅速;当含量高于15%时,渣样黏度变化平缓。当渣系中CaO含量较高时,会形成高熔点的Ca4Ti_3O_(10)、CaTiO_3等相,造成渣黏度升高。渣系的黏流活化能变化趋势与渣样的黏度值变化趋势一致。
The viscosities of the CaO-A12 O3-CaF2-TiO2 systems are measured by the rotating cylinder method involving a spindle. The high temperature melted slag phases are analyzed by XRD diffraction technology and the viscous activation energies of the different slag samples are calculated. The results indicate that when the basicity values of the slag are constant, the viscosity values of the slag reduce gradually with increasing mass ratio of CaF2. The viscosities of the slag samples vary rapidly when the mass ratio of CaF2 in slag is lower than 15%, but the viscosities of the slag samples vary mildly when the mass ratio of CaF2 in slag is higher than 15%. While the mass ratio of CaO in slag is higher,Ca4Ti3O10 and CaTiO3 with higher melting points should format to result in increase of slag viscosities. The viscous activation energies of slags about CaO-Al2O3-CaF2-TiO2 systems are ascertained. The trend of viscous activation energy and the measured values of viscosity are identical.
