摘要 主动脉瓣疾病是一种常见的心脏瓣膜疾病。几十年来在体外循环心脏停跳下行主动脉瓣置换已经成为严重主动脉瓣狭窄的主要治疗手段。但手术创伤大、并发症发生率高引起了人们的高度重视。近年来主动脉瓣置换术正朝着小切口、微创的方向发展,一些术前存在高危因素不宜行传统换瓣手术的老年人接受经皮主动脉瓣置换术,为临床主动脉瓣置换手术提供了一种新的治疗方法。 Aortic valve disease is a common cardiac valve disease. For decades,aortic valve replacement using cardiopulmonary bypass and cardioplegic arrest has been the standard approach for the treatment of severe aortic stenosis. The high degree of surgical trauma and high rate of complication have attracted the attention of researchers. Recent advances in the field of aortic valve replacement have focused on minimizing the incision size required to reach the valve. Some elderly people who are not suitable candidates for the implementation of the conventional valve replacement have accepted percutaneous aortic valve replacement, which has provided clinics with a new therapy method.
