摘要 脂联素是脂肪细胞因子家族成员中一种重要的特异蛋白质。近来的研究认为脂联素下降是导致代谢综合征的一种新的发病因素,代谢综合征的诸多特征如肥胖、2型糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗以及与动脉粥样硬化有关的危险因素都与脂联素有一定的相关性。 Adiponectin is a kind of differential protein. Recently a decrease in adiponectin has been linked with obesity, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes,insulin resistance and atherosclerosis.
