摘要
目的分析腹腔镜胃癌根治术后并发症的原因,探讨护理对策,指导腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者的护理。方法对2004年3月至2007年9月腹腔镜手术组339例胃癌患者进行分析。结果术后30例发生了并发症,发生率为8.85%(30/339),有2例出现围手术期死亡,其余发生术后并发症的患者经治疗后均治愈出院。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术相对传统开腹手术而言具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优点,加强术后病情观察、引流管的管理和基础护理是腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围手术期护理的关键。
Objective To guide nursing care by analyzing the cause and exploring the nursing approach of the complications after laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy. Methods A total of 339 cases who underwent laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy from March 2004 to September 2007 were analyzed. Results 30 case had complications after the surgery procedure and 2 clients were died during the operative period and the other 26 eases were in good recovery and discharged. Conclusion Laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy is minimal-invasive and can lead to quick postoperative recovery by comparing with open surgery. Carefully monitoring vital signs, good drainage tube management and reliable basic nursing care is the key to quick recovery of the clients who underwent laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy.
