硅烷化甲氧基聚乙二醇接枝改性镍钛合金 被引量:3

摘要 采用甲氧基聚乙二醇(MPEG)为原料,经甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂进行硅烷化反应制备的产物-硅烷化甲氧基聚乙二醇(MPEG-Si),对经过氩低温等离子体处理后的镍钛合金进行表面接枝改性。研究了溶液酸度对MPEG-Si接枝镍钛合金的影响。利用全反射付立叶变换红外光谱和原子力显微镜对接枝层表面化学结构进行了分析和表征,实验结果表明,沉积的涂层具有MPEG-Si大分子结构特性,当pH=2时,MPEG-Si能够均匀地接枝到镍钛合金表面,并且高分子薄膜层晶粒均匀致密;体外抗凝血实验证明,表面接枝MPEG-Si可以有效改善镍钛合金的抗凝血性能。 NiTi alloys of treated with cold plasma first were grafted by MPEG-Si, which was synthesized by silylation reaction of methoxy polyethylene glycol (MPEG), using toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and 7-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as reagents. It was studied that the effect of acidity of MPEG-Si on grafted of NiTi alloys. The chemistry structure of coatings was characterized by ATR-FTIR spectra and AFM imagines. The results showed that the plasma coatings on NiTi had the macromolecule structure of MPEG-Si with uniform size and dense crystals,and it can be completely covered the entire surface of NiTi alloys under the condition of pH 2. It was indicated by in vitro anticoagulant test that MPEG-Si grafted on NiTi can he effectively improved its anticoagulant property.
