摘要
目的:实现计算机手术计划系统中的交互式三维颌面截骨手术模拟。方法:使用C++编程语言和VTK(Visu-alization Tool Kit)可视化工具包进行系统构建。结果:以1例先天性左半侧颜面肥大综合征患者为例,在该病例的面模型上实施了交互式的颧骨下缘突起截除手术模拟,描述了交互式手术实现过程中基本问题的解决方案和具体编程步骤。结论:实验结果表明,该模拟手术实现方法可行;手术模拟过程的响应时间较快,符合实时系统的要求。
Objective To implement an interactive osteotomy simulation for a computer-based surgical planning system. Methods C++ programming platform and the VTK (Visualization Tool Kit)were used to build the computer-based surgical planning system. Results Performing a case simulation of the high cheekbone osteotomy for Steiner syndrome; A scheme for fast implementation of interactive procedures and a solution for two fundamental problems existed in interactive simulation of surgical procedures were proposed, along with the programming flowchart in details. Conclusion The result of the trial indicates that proposed scheme is effective with easy interaction and fast response, meeting the real-time demand of surgical planning systems.
