钉头形状对钉头管阻力性能的影响

Effects of Pin Fin Forms on Pressure Drop Characteristics of Tubes With Pin Fins

对圆柱形、椭圆形及滴形钉头对钉头管阻力性能的影响进行了实验研究，分别给出了计算３种形式钉头管阻力系数的实验关联式。实验结果表明，滴形钉头管的阻力最低。

The experiments have been performed to investigate the effects of circular pin fins,elliptic pin fins and drop shaped pin fins on pressure drop characteristics of tubes with pin fins.The experimental correlations for calculating the resistance coefficients of the three kinds tubes with pin fins are presented respectively.Experimental results show that tubes with drop shaped pin fins have lower flow resistance than the others.
