CTGF和TGF-β1在实验性矽肺肺组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:6

THE EXPRESSION OF TRANSFORMING GROWTH FACTOR-BETA1 AND CONNECTIVE TISSUE GROWTH FACTOR IN LUNG TISSUES OF RATS WITH EXPERIMENATIAL PNEUMOCONIOSIS AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 [目的]研究结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在二氧化硅所致矽肺大鼠肺组织中的表达。[方法]矽肺组大鼠20只气管灌注石英粉尘制作模型,对照组大鼠20只以灭菌生理盐水代替,45d后观察大鼠肺组织的病理改变,免疫组化方法观察肺组织中CTGF和TGF-β1的蛋白表达情况。[结果]CTGF和TGF-β1在矽肺组肺组织中的表达量均高于对照组大鼠,且差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);CTGF和TGF-β1表达量间无直线相关关系(P﹥0.05)。[结论]CTGF和TGF-β1可能参与了矽肺的发生发展。 [Objective] To study the expression of transforming growth factor-betal and connective tissue growth factor in lung tissues of rats with experimenatial silicosis induced by silicon dioxide. [Methods] Twenty rats were instilled with silicoh dioxide through trachea to establish modeling, and 20 rats were recruited as controls and instilled with sterilized physiological saline, the pathological changes were observed after performing for 45 days. The expression status of transforming growth factorbetal and connective tissue growth factor in the lung tissue was determined by immunohischemical analysis. [ Rosults] The expressive quantity of CTGF and TGF-β1 level in lung tissues in the silicosis group were significantly higher when compared with the controls (P 〈 0.05). There was no linear correlation between the expressive quantity of CTGF and TGF-β1 in the two groups (P 〉 0.05). [Conclusion] CTGF and TGF-β1 may participate in the development process of silicosis.
