摘要
四川大学华西医院发表科技论文数连续多年来在全国医疗机构名列前茅,本文拟从医院管理的角度,从人才引进、科研投入、学科交叉等方面努力探索华西医院科技腾飞的真正原因。
During recent years, the technologic essays in west china medical of Sichuan university ranked the front among the national medical institutes, this article explored the real reasons of the rapid development of science and technology from the aspect of management of hospital, talent introduction, investment of scientific research and interdisciplinary.
