摘要
[目的]了解高校教师的生命质量,探讨生命质量的影响因素。[方法]自制调查问卷,进行回顾性调查,用t检验、方差分析和多元逐步回归分析,对河北省227名高校教师生命质量影响因素进行分析。[结果]不同性别在工作环境和社会环境方面存在差异(P﹤0.05~0.01);不同年龄和职称在生活环境方面存在差异(P﹤0.01)。多因素的分析结果表明,男教师生命质量主要受生活环境、工作压力、社会支持、生活乐趣、医疗制度、住房条件和休闲活动环境因素的影响;女教师生命质量受家庭问题、工作压力、角色冲突、医疗制度、社会支持和心理环境因素的影响。[结论]男女教师的生命质量存在不同特点,应采取针对性的干预措施。
[Objective] To investigate the quality of life of university teachers, and to explore the influencing factors of quality of life. [Methods] The retrospective investigation was conducted by self-designed questionnaires. The quality of life of 227 university teachers in Heibei were collected and analyzed by t test, analysis of variance and multiple stepwise regression analysis. [ Results] The occupational environment and social environment were found significantly differvnce between male and female (P 〈 0.05 to 0.01 ) ; The living environment had been found significantly difference among different age and occupation (P 〈 0.01 ). By multiplicity analysis, the main factors affected the quality of life of male university teachers were living environment, delivery pressure, pleasure of life, medical system, housing condition and leisure activity, while the influencing factors impacted on the quality of life of female teachers were household problems, delivery pressure, role conflict, medical system, social support and psychological environment. [Conclusion] The life quality shows significant difference between male and female, so related intervention measures should be taken to these influencing factors.
