摘要
[目的]建立一种快速测定动物性食品中二氯二甲吡啶酚的方法。[方法]用甲醇提取动物性食品试样中残留的二氯二甲吡啶酚,提取液挥干后用流动相定容,然后用高效液相色谱法测定。[结果]方法在0~5.0μg/ml范围呈线性关系,其相关系数为0.9999,最小检测量为0.017mg/kg;方法的平均回收率大于95%,相对标准偏差为小于2%。[结论]该方法是一种快速、简便、灵敏度较高的检测动物性食品中二氯二甲吡啶酚的方法。
[Objective] To establish a rapid method for detection of meticlorpindol in animal food. [Methods] Residual meticlorpindol in animal food was extracted with methanol, then the extract was metered volume by using mobile phase, followed by detection with high efficiency liquid chromatography. [Results] The linear range of this method was 0 to 5.0ug/ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, and the detection limit was 0.017mg/kg; the average recovery rate was more than 95% and the relative standard deviation was less than 2%. [Conclusion ] The method with highly sensitive, accurate, simple and rapid can be used for determination of meticlorpindol in food of animal origin
