摘要
[目的]通过选择指示剂改变滴定终点的颜色。[方法]应用GB/T50009.37-2003《食用植物油卫生标准分析方法》,选用百里香酚蓝作指示剂。[结果]通过实验认为在酸价测定时把酚酞作为指示剂改成百里香酚兰作指示剂在检测终点的颜色变化上更敏锐。[结论]方法可靠,观察更方便。
[ Objective] To change the color of titration terminal point by selection of acid-base indicators. [ Methods] By GB/TS0009.37-2003, ＇Method for analysis of hygienic standard edible vegetable oils＇, thymol blue was selected to be indicator. [Rosults] The color transition of thymol as indicators in detection of acid value at the terminal point was more sensitivity than phenolphthalein by experiment. [Conclusion] The method has the aspects of reliability, more convenience for observation, and more accurate.
