摘要
[目的]探讨缺氧预处理对大鼠手术后疲劳综合征模型的作用并对其作用机制进行初步的探讨。[方法]建立大鼠手术后疲劳综合征模型,观察缺氧预处理对大鼠体力活动及血清超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛水平的影响。[结果]缺氧预处理能改善模型术后大鼠的活动能力。同时,缺氧预处理组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶水平明显升高,丙二醛水平明显降低。[结论]缺氧预处理可提高大鼠的抗氧化能力,对手术后疲劳综合征有明显的改善作用。
[Objective] To observe the effects of hypoxic preconditioning (HCP) on rats' model of postoperative fatigue syndrome (POPS) and to study its mechanism. [Methods] After developing rats' model of POPS, the rats in HCP group were carried out hypoxic preconditioned for 7 days. The behavioral change, SOD and MDA before and after operation were observed. [Results] HCP could improve the activity of rats. At the same time, rats' SOD level advanced, MDA level reduced in HCP group. [Conclusion] HCP can alter enzymatic antioxidant activity and obviously improve POFS.
