急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病的诊治分析(附10例报告)

ANALYSIS OF DIAGNOSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF ACUTE GENERALIZED EXANTHEMATOUS PUSTULOSIS(10 CASES)

[目的]探讨急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病的诊断、治疗方法。[方法]回顾性分析1995年6月～2007年6月该科收治的10例急性泛发性发疹性疱病的诊断和治疗经过。[结果]9例患者发病前有明确的用药史,临床上均有发热、全身性红斑、小脓疱。[结论]药物是引起急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病的主要原因之一,发热和泛发小脓疱是该病的特点,去除诱发因素和及时应用糖皮质激素是治疗的关键。

[Objective] To explore the diagnosis and treatment methods for acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis （AGEP）. [Methods] The diagnosis and treatment processes of 10 in-patients with AGEP in our hospital from June 1995 to June 2007 were analyzed by retrospective analysis. [Results] 9 patients with AGEP had obviously history of drug-intake. The main clinical manifestations were fever and skin eruptions like generalized erythema and pustules. [Conclusion] Drug is one of the major causes to induce AGEP, and the characteristics of AGEP are fever and wide-spread pustules. Removing causative factors and timely utilization of glueocorticoid are the key point in the treatment of AGEP.
