[Objective] To explore the effect and countermeasures of nursing interference on the vital signs and comfortable degree of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate (TURP). [Methods] 98 patients undergoing TURP were randomly divided into experimental group (52 cases) and control group (46 cases). 52 patients in experimental group were treated with extra surgery cotton quilts during the operation and bladder washout at the temperature of 37℃, while 46 cases in control group were dealt with electric blanket to keep warm and extra surgery cotton quilts and room temperature bladder rinse solution, kept warm with electric blanket and bladder washout with room temperature. The temperatures of cases in two groups were maintain at the range of 22% to 25%. On the forth day after operation, the comfortable degree of 98 cases after operation was investigated. [ Results] When compared with control group, the vital signs and temperature changes of cases in experimental group were showed significantly difference. The main influencing factors which affected the comfortable degree of patients after transurethral resection of prostate were pains, limitation of motion, disability of self care and so on. [Conclusion] The effective way to keep the stability of the vital signs of patients is to maintain the temperature of post-operation bladder washout at 37%. It could gain the best nursing efficacy for patients to improve the countermeasures of nursing interference for patients' comfortable after operation.
