复方苦参注射液与顺铂联合胸腔注射治疗癌性胸水的临床价值

THE CLINICAL VALUE OF CISPLATIN COMBINED WITH COMPOUND KUSHEN INJECTION IN TREATMENT OF CANCEROUS HYDROTHORAX

[目的]观察复方苦参注射液与顺铂联合胸腔注射治疗癌性胸水的疗效。[方法]对64例癌性胸水患者采用随机分组对照法,分为观察组与对照组各32例;观察组以顺铂40mg、复方苦参注射液20ml联合注入胸腔;对照组用顺铂60mg注入胸腔。[结果]观察组完全缓解(CR)17例,部分缓解(PR)10例,无效(NC)5例;对照组CR8例,PR16例,NC8例;两组比较,CR差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组尿素氮增高和白细胞减少的发生率也低于对照组。[结论]复方苦参注射液与顺铂联合胸腔注射治疗癌性胸水有协同作用,可减少顺铂用量,提高疗效,减轻毒副作用。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of eisplatin combined with compound Kushen infection in treatment of cancerous hydrothorax. [Methods] 64 patients with cancerous hydrothorax were randomly divided into two groups： control group and experimental group separately included 32 eases; Cases in experimental group were treated with both 40 mg eisplatin and 20 ml compound Kushen infection, while controls with 60 mg eisplatin. [Results] In experimental group, 17 eases were complete remission. 10cases showed to be partial remission, 5 eases be ineffective; In control group, 8 eases, 16 eases and 8 eases revealed to be complete remission, partial remission and ineffective, respectively; significant difference was found in the patients with complete remission of two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The incidences of the increasing of urea nitrogen and leueopenia in eases of experimental group showed significant decreased when compared with control group. [Conclusion] Cisplatin combined with compound Kushen infection have synergistic effect in treatment of cancerous hydrothorax, which could decrease the dosage of eisplatin and adverse and toxic effects, and enhance the therapeutic effect.
