摘要
针对焦化行业中炼焦科研和炼焦生产的需要,提出了小焦炉试验设计。阐述了应用正交拉丁方和正交表进行试验设计的方法,介绍了对试验结果进行分析的3种方法。通过极差分析、方差分析与回归分析,可确定最佳配煤方案及焦炭质量预测方程。
Against the demand of coke-making scientific research and coke-making production in eoking industry, the test oven experimental design is put forward. The method of applying orthogonal Latin square and orthogonal table to conduct experimental design was described, three methods for analyzing experimental resuh were introduced. By means of range analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, the optimized coal blending scheme and coke quality predictor equation can be defined.
