英汉散文语篇比较与翻译——以National Prejudices及其译文为例

从英汉散文语篇结构形式、文体风格以及语言特征等角度出发,采用对比分析的研究方法对英国散文家奥立弗的《民族偏见》的两篇中译文-金衡山(1995)和杨自伍(1996)进行评析。研究发现,这两篇中译文在文体风格上与原文存在较大"偏离",且有几处不符合逻辑推理和汉语表达习惯。从而阐明在散文翻译过程中应注意语篇的结构和连贯性,使译文在形式和意义上与原文对等。

In terms of text structure forms, styles and language features of English and Chinese proses, this paper adopts comparison method to comment the two versions of National Prejudice written by British prose writer Oliver. The research shows that the two versions have great deviation fro the original in style and do not correspond to logic inference and Chinese expression in some parts. The purpose of the research is to show that the prose translation should pay attention to the structure and coherence of text so that the version is equivalent to the original in meaning and form,
