摘要
围绕知识水平、能力水平、个性思维、教育理念和人格魅力五个方面分析了专家型教师的特征,并对专家型教师和非专家型教师作了区分和对比,从而得出了培养专家型教师的启示。
This paper analyses the specialist -type teachers'personality from the perspectives of knowledge level, ability level, personality thinking, education concept and personality charm and distinguishes and compares the specialist -type and non- specialist- type teachers, getting enlightenment from the fostering of specialist - type teachers.
