摘要
为实现负载的俯仰、横滚、偏航、升降、侧向位移和纵向移六个自由度运动,系统采用Stewart结构的运动模拟器作为驱动机构。计算了六自由度运动模拟器系统的结构参数、运动学参数和动力学参数。基于对六自由度运动模拟器的分析,设计了运动模拟器的作动器,液压源,上、下平台等部件。设计结果能够实现六自由度运动的技术指标要求,系统具有良好的适用性。
To make the load move in six degree-of-freedom,i.e. ,pitch,roll,yaw,elevation,lateral displacement, and longitudinal displacement, Stewart motion simulator is used as manipulating mechanism. The configuration parameters, kinematics parameters and dynamics parameters of the motion simulator are calculated out. Based on the analysis to the motion simulator, the driver, hydraulic cylinder and platform are designed. The design can satisfy the technical requirements and is effective in practice.
