摘要
对湖南湘潭发电有限责任公司2×600 MW超临界直流锅炉启动初期出现汽温偏高、不能满足汽机冲转参数要求的问题进行了分析,提出了控制措施,通过增大高、低压旁路开度、增加主蒸汽流量、投入减温水的方法,成功解决了超临界锅炉启动超温的问题,与其它措施相比,该方法具有较好的经济性、有效性和安全性。
Analysis was focused on steam overtemperature and unavailable steam turbine rotor parameters at the start-up process of Hunan Xiangtan Electric Power Generation Co. Ltd., 2 ×600MW super critical direct-current boiler, control strategy was proposed. Overtemperature problem was successfully solved by enlarging high and low by-pass opening,increasing mean steam flow, input other measurement, it' s more economically, ting desuperheater spray, etc. Compared with effectively and safely.
