摘要
针对基于传统仪器的自动控制实验教学模式的不足,阐述了虚拟仪器的先进性及将虚拟仪器技术应用于自动控制教学的重要意义。介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的自动控制实验系统的方案及其组成,系统采用SOC(片上系统)对电机进行控制,并利用其自带USB接口实现虚拟仪器与控制系统之间数据交换,描述了基于虚拟仪器技术设计的自动控制系统实验教学流程。该系统具备二次再开发功能,使教学内容更方便结合科技发展潮流。与传统教学相比,成本低,实验的设计更加灵活,减少对仪器仪表的依赖,教学效率大大提高。
Seeing shortcomings of traditional automatic control experiment teaching system, this paper introduces the advantages and significance of the virtual instrument used in automatic control teaching. A scheme and construction of an automatic control laboratory system is proposed. In the system , motor is con- trolled by SOC, data exchange between the instrument and the control system is achieved by USB . The teaching process of the automatic control experiment is also described. With its capability secondary development , the teaching content can be conveniently associated with trend of technology development. The system is independent of real instrument, has low cost, makes the teaching lively and flexible, and raises the teaching efficiency.
