摘要
C4ISR(指挥、控制、通信、计算机和情报、监视、侦察)系统在现代防空作战中的作用十分重要,其决策过程对整个系统效能的发挥有着十分重要的作用。C4ISR系统的决策过程与时间紧密相关,时效性是影响C4ISR系统性能的一个非常重要的因素。利用Petri网建立了C4ISR系统决策时延的分析模型,根据决策过程各阶段所需时间具有随机性和相关性,以随机Petri网模型作为决策时延建模和分析的工具,分别在转移时间独立和转移时间不独立两种情况下分析了系统的时效性,具有重要的使用价值。
The C^4ISR system is very important in modem aerial defence, which contains command, control, communication, computer and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. The decision process of C^4ISR system play a very important role on the effectiveness of the whole system. The C^4ISR system's decision process are closely related to the time, timeliness is a very important factor for effect on the capability of C^4ISR system. A decision delay analysis model is set up for the C^4ISR system using Petri net, according to the random and relevance of demanding time at each stage in decision process, by the stochastic Petri net model as a decision-making delay modeling and analysis tools, the timeliness are analyzed based on two status such as transfer times are interrelated and transfer times are irrelated, has an important application value.
