城市群竞争力的区域分异研究——基于长三角二级城市群的视角

Study on Regional Differentiation of Urban Agglomeration Competitiveness:Based on Perspective of Secondary Urban Agglomerations in Changjiang River Delta

进一步提升我国长三角、珠三角和环渤海三大城市群的整体竞争力是目前及今后相当长一段时期我国经济社会发展的重大战略之一。本文以长三角二级城市群为研究对象,构建了反映城市间互动作用以及竞争力影响因素间互动作用的二级城市群综合竞争力理论模型,采用"多维乘数法则"对长三角二级城市群的综合竞争力进行评价,对其综合竞争力的区域分异和发展演化进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了促进长三角二级城市群间综合竞争力的协同增强、进而提升长三角城市群整体竞争力的基本途径。

Further enhancing the competitiveness of three urban agglomerations in China is one of grand strategies of social and economic development in China at present and a period for the future. Taking secondary urban agglomerations in Changjiang River Delta as subject investigated,this paper constructs the theoretical model of general competitiveness of secondary urban agglomeration reflecting interactions among cities and influencial factors of competitiveness. Based on the multi-dimensional multiplier law,it evaluates the general competitivenesses of six secondary urban agglomerations in Changjiang River Delta,and analyzes the developing evolution and regional differentiation of general competitive- nesses of them. Finally,it puts forward the basic paths to enhance the whole competitiveness of urban agglomeration in changjiang River Delta.
