刘易斯拐点与我国沿海地区传统产业集群转型升级

Lewisian Turning Point and Transformation of Traditional Industrial Clusters of Coastal Areas in China

随着劳动力成本的不断提高,中国出现"刘易斯拐点"的特征越来越明显。与大多数学者的担心不同,本文认为"刘易斯拐点"是中国经济发展模式转型的一个重要契机,特别是对于我国沿海地区传统产业集群突破"低水平陷阱"、提升产业技术水平具有非常重要的作用。但是,这一升级的顺利实现还需要其他条件的配合,包括资本市场的完善、企业销售渠道的升级等。

With the enhancement of labor force cost, it is getting more and more obvious that China has been presenting Lewisian Turning Point. Being Different from the thoughts of majority of scholars,this paper thinks that Lewisian Turning Point is an important opportunity for China to transform the economics development model,and it will be a great help for coastal areas in China to break through the low horizontal trap of traditional industrial clusters and improve the technical level. However, the smooth realization of promotion also needs other conditions including capital market consummation, marketing channel promotion and so on.
