上海外高桥保税区发展水平的集成综合评价研究

Research on Integrated Comprehensive Evaluation of Development Level of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bounded Zone

本文首先建立了上海外高桥保税区发展水平综合评价指标体系,然后针对不同综合评价方法得出的评价结果可能存在差异的现象,结合模糊综合评价和因子分析的特点,提出了一种把模糊综合评价和因子分析相结合的集成综合评价方法,并对上海外高桥保税区发展水平进行了横向和纵向集成综合评价。应用表明,该集成综合评价方法比单一方法更加全面和有效。

First this paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of development level of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bounded Zone. And then considering the potential difference of evaluation results when using different comprehensive evaluation methods and combining the eharaeteristies of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and factor analysis,it proposes an integrated comprehensive evaluation method combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with factor analysis, and makes comprehensive evaluation of the development level of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bounded Zone. The application results show that this integrated comprehensive evaluation method is more comprehensive and effective.
