Corporate Governance Structure Entropy and Its Example Analysis

为了定量刻画公司治理结构的无标度性,本文提出并定义了公司治理结构熵的概念,解析了公司治理结构熵意义上的两种公司治理状态"经营者控制"和"共同治理",并以某公司的治理结构为例进行了分析,得出公司治理结构熵能够反映公司治理结构的无标度性的结论,指出公司治理结构熵可成为深层解析公司治理结构的一种重要工具。

In order to quantificationally characterize the scale-free feature of corporate governance structure,this paper first proposes and defines the concept of corporate governance structure entropy,and explains two states of corporate governance including the manager control and the shared governance in terms of corporate governance structure entropy. A case is provided to validate the method. The result shows that corporate governance structure entropy can serve as the index of scale-free feature of corporate governance structure. And it indicates that corporate governance structure entropy will be an important tool to analyze and explain the corporate governance structure in depth.
