利用高挥发分煤生产优质冶金焦的研究

Study on high-quality metallurgical coke production using high-volatile coal

我国华东地区高挥发分气煤和1/3焦煤资源丰富,且多数煤黏结性较强。利用结焦性较好的典型主焦煤,配加贫煤、瘦煤以起到瘦化剂作用,采用顶装工艺炼焦,在高挥发分煤配入量大于50%时,亦能生产出优质一级冶金焦。

There are lots of gas coal with high volatile matter and 1/3 coking coal in the east of China, and most of these have good caking property. When using primary coking coal and some thinness such as meager coal and lean coal in bulk, metallurgical coke with high-quality can also be obtained on the condition that the blending ratio of high volatile coal is more than 50%.
