摘要
介绍了XHSS-SS型中部采制样系统的工作原理、控制原理及系统主要技术性能参数,分析了采制样系统在田庄选煤厂的应用效果,总结了系统安装调试过程中遇到的问题及相应的解决方法,为国内同型号采样机的正常使用提供参考借鉴。
The working principle, control principle and main technical performance parameters of the XHSS-SS central sampling system were introduced in this paper. The application of the system in Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant was analyzed, The problems appeared in course of system installation and debugging, together with the corresponding solution, were generalized which provided reference and experience for the usage of same type of sampling system.
