摘要
中原炼油化工总厂重油催化裂化装置设计采用了LPC-1原料雾化喷嘴、烟气轮机、PV旋风分离器、外取热器及无龟甲网增强衬里等一系列新技术,经开工试运和运转近一年的结果证明,该装置采用的新技术使用效果良好。目前实际生产能力达到并超过设计值。
A seris of advanced technique have been used in the design of FCC unit for Zhongyuan refinery, including feedstock atomizing nozzle LPC -1,flue gas turbine,PV cyclone, external heat removing apparaus, and lining without hexagnal steel networ enhancement. Through start up and test run of nearly one year, it has been proved that the adoption of advanced technique in FCC unit do bring aboni good effect,and the actual production capaity meets and exceeds the design requirment.
