摘要
弯管是长输管线建设必不可少的焊接结构件之一,在管线服役过程中,由于弯管结构独特,受力要较干线管复杂得多,是管道系统中的一个薄弱环节。在西气东输一线工程中,对弯管的韧性指标有明确规定,即要求夏比韧性指标为:120J,85%。由于该韧性指标自洽性较差,所以本文对高钢级管线钢二次加热后的韧性指标变化规律进行了研究,并和母材对比,并对其与组织的变化关系进行了探讨;EBSD研究同时证明,有效晶粒是反映CVN变化的合理参量。该研究结果对西气东输二线工程有重要的现实意义和重大的经济价值。
Bend pipes are very important welding elements in long distance pipe line construction.During the serve of pipeline,the stress in bend pipe is more complex than that in main line pipe for its special structure,so the bends are weak taches.In the project of west to east gas pipe line,the CVN index are prescribed clearly that the sharpy impact energy should reach 120J,85%.So the study on CVN index of reheated high grade line pipes are conducted and a comparison with that of mother pipe is made,including microstructure.EBSD results showed that the effective grain size is a precise parameter to determine the CVN.These results are helpful to the second west to east gas pipe line project.
