摘要
本文根据对HSn70-1合金特性进行分析,通过Ni、Mn合理配比、添加稀土元素工艺试验、冷凝管耐腐蚀试验,确定适合生产加工和保证产品综合性能的合金成分控制范围,研究了添加稀土元素的HSn70-1合金力学性能与退火温度的关系曲线,确定了添加稀土元素的HSn70-1冷凝管合理成分配比及工艺。
The characteristics of alloy HSn70-1 is analyaed.Through a series of tests including optimizing Ni and Mn ratio,process tests after adding the rare earth element and corrosion resistance tests of condensing tubing,the range of the alloy elements is determined to meet production and processing requirements and guarantee comprehensive properties of products.The study also covers the relation ship of mechanical properties and annealing temperature of HSn70-1 with rare earth.Proper percentage of composition elements and process for HSn70-1 condensing tubing are determined.
