摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)对退火热处理后的铜锌粉的形貌以及组织结构进行了分析。讨论了热处理温度、退火保温时间对铜锌粉性能的影响,指出了退火热处理降低铜锌粉硬度的原理。结果表明,在球磨过程中多次进行退火处理才能达到降低粉末粒度的目的,退火热处理的适宜条件是450℃,保温2 h。
Microstructure and the appearance of annealed Cu-Zn powders was observed under SEM.Effect of annealing temperature and heating time on the powders was discussed and the cause of aedcending of rigidity of Cu-Zn powders after annealing was anulyzed.The results show that multiple annealing during ball milling is helpful for the decrease of the granularity of Cu-Zn powders and 450℃ heating for 2 hours is suitable for the annealing process.
