摘要
以薄膜光学理论为基础对表面等离子体共振SPR(Surface Plasmon Resonance)传感器的特性进行分析,给出了SPR传感器光强反射率的数学模型.分别采用角度调制与波长调制,利用Matlab仿真分析棱镜类型、金属薄膜介电常数和厚度、入射光波长或角度等参数对SPR反射吸收峰的影响,给出了仿真结果,并结合实际分析了其传感特性.
Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensing characteristics are analyzed based on membrane optics theory, and the mathematical model of reflectivity is given. According to angle modulation and wavelength modulation respectively, the influences of complex dielectric constant and thickness of metal film, prism type, wavelength and angle of incident light on the SPR absorbing peak are analyzed by Matlab. The simulation results are given, and the SPR sensing properties are analyzed for practice.
