摘要
在特定负载下研究无锥套油膜轴承系统的摩擦状态,并借助ANSYSCFD软件,采用有限元法求解简化的N-S方程,计算油膜的承载能力,以确定无锥套油膜轴承在摩擦副之间形成纯液体摩擦的必要设计参数。该计算结果为某板带轧机的支撑辊轴承系统的优化设计奠定了一定的基础。
With aid of ANSYS CFD software, the frictional state of sleeveless oil film bearing was studied under specific load, finite element method (FEM) was used to solve N-S equation to calculate the load capacity of film, so that the necessary design parameters which help to form pure fluid friction between frictional pairs among sleeveless oil film bearing could be determined. Such results could provide certain basis to optimization design of backup roll system in some strip rolling mill.
