医学科研设计中的对照问题

Issue of Control Principle in Medical Research Design

目的:为了引起科研工作者对贯彻医学科研设计中对照原则的重视,进一步提高医学科研的质量。方法:由医学科研设计中一些实际案例的分析入手,提出了对照的内涵与要求、对照的形式、对照的综合运用及常见的问题。结果:医学科研中由于对照设置存在很多问题,影响了研究结论的科学性、可靠性。结论:对照原则是医学科研设计中非常重要的原则,在科研过程中必须认真贯彻。

Objective： To remind scientific research workers of the importance of control principle in medical research design so as to improve the quality of medical research. Method： To begin with the analysis of some actual cases in medical researches, the connotation, requirements, the comprehensive use and other issues of control study were discussed and proposed. Results： Some medical research results were disbelieved due to the imperfect of control study. Conclusion： Control principle is extremely important in medical research design and it must be followed exactly.
