湿润暴露疗法治疗小儿面部烧伤的临床分析

Clinical Study of Treating Pediatric Face Burns with MEBT

目的:探讨小儿面部烧伤的临床治疗方法。方法:将我科2006年以来用烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)治疗的13例小儿面部烧伤病历资料进行回顾性分析,主要指标为治疗过程中的创面变化,愈合时间。结果:创面全部自行愈合,浅Ⅱ度创面平均愈合时间8.36d±1.98d,深Ⅱ度15.05d±2.73d,两例Ⅲ度创面的愈合时间分别为26d和32d;出院后随访3个月～6个月,深Ⅱ度烧伤患者愈合后短期有轻微色素沉着,但无瘢痕,1例Ⅲ度创面面部形成散在非增生性瘢痕,无五官畸形。结论:烧伤湿润暴露疗法可促进小儿面部烧伤创面愈合,方法简单,效果明显。

Objective： To study clinical therapy of pediatric face bums. Method： Retrospective reviewing was carried out for 13 cases of pediatric face burns treated with MEBT since 2006. Main assessing indexes were wounds changes during treatment and healing time of the burns wounds. Results： All burns wounds got self - healing. Average healing time of superficial second degree burns wounds was 8. 36±1.98 days, deep second degree 15.05±2. 73 days, third degree of two cases 26 days and 32 days respectively. Following up visits of 3 - 6 months post - discharge, deep second degree burn patients showed slight pigmentation in a short period after healing, but no scar; One patient of third degree burns wounds appeared scattered non - hyperplasia scars, but no facial deformities were observed. Conclusion： MEBT can promote healing of pediatric bums of face, and it is a simple therapy.
