湿润烧伤膏治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of MEBO on Second-Degree Burns

目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效和安全性。方法:80例Ⅱ度烧伤患者的创面全程采用MEBO治疗,同时给予必要的支持疗法治疗。结果:80例患者存用药后10min～15min后疼痛消失,创面全部自行愈合,无一例植皮,仅3例愈后有轻度瘢痕;愈合时间:浅Ⅱ度为7.4d±2.0d,深Ⅱ度为14.8d±3.2d。结论:MEBO治疗Ⅱ度烧伤疗效可靠,安全,简便易行。

Objective： To observe the curative effect and safety of MEBO on treating second - degree burns. Method： 80 patients with second - degree burns were treated in the whole treatment course, accepting necessary support treatment. Results ： All 80 patients got rid of pain after drug application in 10 to 15 minutes, and achieved self healing. No one needed skingrafting. Only 3 patients had mild scars. Healing time of superficial second - degree burns was 7.4±2.0 days, and deep second - degree burns 14. 8±3.2 days. Conclusion： Curative effect of MEBO on treating second - degree is reliable. This treatment is safe and convenient.
