The Curative Effect of MEBT/MEBO on Treating Third-degree Frost Bite

目的:观察冻伤创面在MEBT/MEBO作用下的演变过程,探讨MEBT/MEBO在冻伤治疗过程中的作用。方法:首先行快速复温,显露冻伤创面,常规外涂MEBO暴露治疗,6h换药一次,3周后坏死组织脱落清除干净,再改用MEBO药纱包扎培养肉芽组织,待肉芽组织平齐植皮封闭创面。结果:5例病人全都治愈出院,住院时间最长42d,最短33d,出院后半年随访,无一例出现畸形及功能受限。结论:利用MEBT/MEBO治疗冻伤,较过去传统的冻伤治疗,缩短愈合时间,减轻病人痛苦,效果满意。

Objective： To observe the healing process of frost bite treated with MEBT/MEBO, and study the role of this therapy. Method： Rapid rewarming of frost bite was conducted first, then smeared MEBO on the exposed frost bites. Dressing was changed every 6 hours. 3 weeks later necrotic tissues were exfoliated completely; then, the wounds were bandaged with MEBO gauze to cultivate granulation tissues till skingrafting was feasible to close the wounds. Results： All 5 patients were discharged with healed wounds. The longest stay in hospital was 42 days, shortest 33 days. Half a year later since discharge, follow - up visits showed that no deformity and dysfunction in these patients observed. Conclusion： Compared with traditional therapy of frost bite, MEBT/MEBO can shorten healing time, reduce the suffering, and have satisfactory therapeutic results.
