Clinic Study of Treating Cervical Erosion by MEBO in Combination with Microwave Therapy

目的:观察MEBO配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:128例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为ME- BO配合微波组和单纯微波组,分别进行术后副反应及治疗效果观察。结果:宫颈糜烂应用MEBO配合微波术后副反应明显轻于单纯性微波治疗(p<0.01),治愈率明显高于单纯性微波组(p<0.01)。结论:MEBO配合微波治疗能减轻单纯微波治疗宫颈糜烂的术后副反应,提高治愈率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in combination with microwave therapy on treating cervical erosion. Method： 128 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups, testing group treated by MEBO in combination with microwave therapy and control group treated in microwave therapy only. Side reaction and curative effect were studied in these two groups. Results： Side reaction in testing group was significantly lower than in second group （ p 〈 0. 01 ）, and cure rate in testing group was significantly higher than in control group （ p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： MEBO in combination with microwave therapy to treat cervical erosion can reduce side reaction and raise cure rate compared with microwave therapy only.
