摘要
目的：开发植物防晒化妆品；方法：在相同膏霜基质中，分别加入不同的天然植物防晒剂，通过采用（体外SPF测定）紫外线吸光光度值测定法，测定其SPF值，考察不同天然植物防晒剂制成膏霜后的防晒效果，以此确定防晒效果最理想的天然植物防晒剂，并确定其在膏霜中的添加量；结果：添加3．5％的芦丁／黄芩甙膏霜有良好的SPF值：结论：植物防晒霜的开发成功，还需要付出很多努力。
Objective：To develop formulation of botanical sunscreening cream. Method：In the same base cream, different sunscreening agents extracted from botanics were mixed, scan the samples by ultraviolent spectrophotometry, SPF values were measured. Result： SPF value of creams consisit of 3.5% haicalin and rutin is 12. Conclusion：There are much work to do for formulation of botanical sunscreening creams into markets.
