摘要
危险源普查工作是国家科委批准的“八五”攻关课题。结合海洋油气生产开发特点在普查的基础上搞好危险作业的监控和防范,可提高海上一线单位和陆地油气处理终端安全生产的整体防范能力及安全技术管理水平。
The general investigation to danger sources is one of major subjects approved by National Science Committee during period of "Eighth Five Year's Plan . Monitoring danger sources and adopting prevention measures can be done well combined with the characteristics of oil and gas production and development in Bohai Sea and based on the general investigation of danger sources, which can enhance the entire prevention capability and raised the safety technology management level of offshore units and onshore oil and gas process terminal to ensure the safety of production.
