摘要
运用条件实验法,以苯乙酰氯和苯酚为原料合成苯乙酸苯酯,分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、甲苯用量、原料配比等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。该方法合成苯乙酸苯酯的最适宜的工艺条件是:反应温度95℃,反应时间4h,n(苯酚):n(苯乙酰氯)=0.15:0.18,甲苯用量40mL(苯酚为0.15mol时),苯乙酸苯酯的收率可达到94.75%以上,产品纯度98.5%。
Using a conditional test, the benzeneatic acid benzenester was synthesized from phenol and phenylacetyl chloride by direct esterification, The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, content of anhydrous ethanol,materials ratio on the synthesis were studied ,and the proper technological conditions were given as follows: the reaction temperature is 95℃ ;reaction time is 4h; n(phenol):n(phenylacetyl chloride)= 0.15:0.18, the content of toluene is 40mL(when phenol is 0.15mol), the yield of p-cresyl phenylacetate can reach 94.75%, Purity of the product is 98.5%.
